What We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company, role, and any interest or use-case details submitted through the waitlist, early access, or account creation forms), account information from Firebase Authentication, and usage data about how you interact with this site.
Why We Collect It
We use this information to manage prelaunch access, communicate about your waitlist or early access status, operate and secure your account, understand how the site is used so we can improve it, and prioritize which features to build first.
Analytics and Cookies
We use Google Analytics for traffic and campaign attribution, Mixpanel for product and funnel event tracking, and Microsoft Clarity for session recordings and heatmaps that help us find friction on public pages. These tools may set cookies or use local storage to distinguish visitors. We do not send raw freeform comments or sensitive personal data to any of these third parties — only structured event metadata.
Waitlist and Contact Processing
Waitlist and early access submissions are stored on our backend and may be synced to HubSpot for lifecycle and segmentation purposes (for example, tracking whether you're on the waitlist, have requested early access, or have been invited). This lets us follow up appropriately without manual tracking.
Account and Authentication Data
Account creation and login are handled by Firebase Auth. When you sign up or log in, your Firebase identity is bridged to our backend to create or update your Intelligence Cloud account profile, which is stored in our own database as the durable source of truth for your account.
Backend Event Storage
Important product and funnel events — waitlist completion, early access requests, account creation, feature ratings and comments — are stored durably in our backend, separate from third-party analytics tools, so we retain an accurate record even if a third-party integration changes.
Transactional Email
We send transactional emails — waitlist confirmation, early access confirmation, and welcome emails after signup — through a transactional email provider. These are operational emails related to your request or account, not marketing campaigns.
